What guests ask before and after they book.
Small hotels get the same questions every week. If the answer is written on your website, the assistant can give it. If it isn't, this list shows you what to add.
- What time is check-in, and how does self check-in work?House rules or FAQ page
- Is there parking? Is it free, and where is it?Getting here page
- Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?FAQ page
- How far is it from the bus or train station, on foot or by taxi?Getting here page
Show 8 more questions
- Is breakfast included, and what time is it served?Rooms or dining page
- Do you allow pets?Policies page
- Can you put a baby cot in the room?Rooms page
- Is there a hair dryer? How often are towels and bed linen changed?Rooms page
- Are there restaurants, cafés and shops nearby?Local area page
- Which museums and day trips are worth it?Local area page
- What are the rules on parties, and who pays for damage?House rules or terms
- How do I book?Booking or contact page
An FAQ page with short, plain answers gives the assistant the most to work with. The assistant repeats what your pages and uploaded documents say, so keep door codes and other private details out of them.
A holiday apartment or Airbnb with its own website?
If guests find your apartment on your own website, SiteBrain answers them there: how check-in works, where to park, the house rules and the nearest shop. It doesn't reply inside Airbnb or Booking.com messages.
- Upload a house guide and it answers from that too.
- Several properties, each with its own website? Pro covers 5 chatbots.
- Keep door codes and Wi-Fi passwords out of it, because the assistant repeats what it reads.
Three steps to a live assistant.
Add your website address
Create an account and enter your website address. SiteBrain reads up to 25 of its pages.
Review and test the answers
SiteBrain turns your pages into answers about your services, prices and policies. Test them, then add your own instructions.
Add the chat to your website
Paste one line of code into your website. WordPress, Shopify, Wix and Squarespace each have step-by-step instructions.

What it does, and what it doesn't.
It sends guests to your booking page. It doesn't take bookings or connect to your booking engine or PMS.
It does
- Answers from up to 25 pages of your website, plus documents you upload: PDF, Word, text files or photos.
- Replies in the guest's language, even if your website is in one language only.
- Gives your booking page link, phone number or email when a guest wants to book.
- Says when your website doesn't cover a question and offers a contact form. You get the message by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, and you can reply from Telegram yourself.
It doesn't
- Check availability or room prices in real time.
- Take bookings, deposits or payments.
- Connect to your booking engine, PMS or channel manager.
- Get every answer right. Like any AI it can make mistakes, so test it with your own questions before it goes live.

In a busy month, Starter keeps answering up to 180 conversations; after that, guests can leave their question and contact details for you. There are no overage charges. Pro is for groups with several properties. A conversation is one visitor's chat with your assistant, however many messages it has.
Still have questions?
No. It doesn't check availability, take bookings or handle payments, and it has no access to your booking engine, PMS or channel manager. It reads your website and the documents you upload, nothing else. When a guest asks how to book, it gives the booking page, phone number or email from your website.
No. It runs on your own website only. It can't read or answer messages on Airbnb, Booking.com or other booking sites.
It replies in the language of the guest's message, even if your website is in one language only. A guest who writes in German gets an answer in German. The chat window's own buttons and labels come in 26 languages.
The assistant is built to say the information isn't on your website and offer a contact form, so you get the question by email, Telegram or WhatsApp. Like any AI it can still make mistakes, so test it with your own questions before it goes live.
SiteBrain re-reads your website every week on its own. If you want the change live straight away, press Re-crawl Website in the dashboard.
You paste one line of code into your site. There are step-by-step guides for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and other builders. On Wix you need a paid plan with your own domain.
Starter is €9 a month for one chatbot and 150 conversations a month. Pro is €39 a month for up to 5 chatbots and 2,000 conversations. Both start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required, and you can cancel anytime in Billing.
