Your code belongs to your account. After you log in, open Widget (your chat settings), copy the entire code, then come back here.

Add it to your website: WordPress

On WordPress.com, adding plugins or custom code depends on your plan, so check your plan first. WordPress on your own hosting needs permission to install plugins.
1In your WordPress dashboard, open Plugins → Add New Plugin.
2Search for WPCode, then click Install Now and Activate.
3In the left menu, open Code Snippets → Header & Footer.
4Paste your code into the Footer box.
5Click Save Changes.
1From your admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
2On your active theme, click ⋯ → Edit code.
3Open Layout → theme.liquid.
4Paste the code right before the closing </body> tag and click Save.
Custom code requires a Wix Premium (paid) plan with a connected domain.
1In your site dashboard, open Settings → Custom Code.
2Click + Add Custom Code and paste your code.
3Name it “SiteBrain” and set Place Code in: Body – end.
4Apply it to All pages, click Apply, then Publish.
Code Injection is only available on some Squarespace plans; check yours.
1Open Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.
2Paste the code into the Footer box.
3Click Save — it now loads on every page.
Webflow: Project settings → Custom code → Footer code. Framer: Project settings → General → Custom code → End of body tag. Ghost: Settings → Advanced → Code injection → Site Footer.
1Find where your website builder lets you add code to every page. It is usually called Custom code, Code injection or Footer code. On a hand-built site it is your page template.
2Paste your code just before the closing </body> tag, or into the footer code box if there is one.
3Save, and publish the site if your builder asks you to.

Check it worked

Open your live website in a new tab, or on your phone. Wait a few seconds for the chat button to appear in the bottom corner. Open it and ask a question your website answers. Check that the reply matches what your website says. If it does, you are done.

Chat button missing? Try these checks
Check the widget is enabled in your dashboard, the code sits before </body>, and you’ve hard-refreshed (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R). Open the browser console (F12) to spot any blocked script.
Your bot needs knowledge. Make sure the site has been crawled and the brain status is ready. Add documents in the Knowledge tab for deeper answers.
Make sure the code is pasted once — a duplicate (e.g. via both a plugin and the theme) loads two bubbles. The widget is style-isolated, so site CSS won’t break it; a hard refresh clears a stale cached copy.
